WINTER HAVEN -- Free hot dogs, baked beans, chips and drinks are on the agenda Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. when city leaders and area residents get together at Nora Mayo Hall to discuss and celebrate the city's future.

Presented by Our Future by Design, a visioning project, in conjunction with the city, the chamber and other agencies, the event will feature informational displays about Downtown Design, RMPK Group--Community Redevelopment (downtown and Florence Villa), Lakes Improvement Projects, Front Porch Florida and Trammel Crow, the developers of Citi Centre, the project under way at the former Winter Haven Mall.
